Yaolad Security Services Limited is a private owned company with the clear mission to make a departure from the traditional way of viewing and handling security services. Most security service failures are related to the low quality of service performed by inferior security officers. However, these failures can be easily avoided. Since inception, as industry security services (ISS) provider, we have rendered wide variety of security services for industrial and manufacturing, security access control, vehicle patrol and security services, ingress and egress at high value distribution, warehousing and manufacturing facilities protection, maritime security services, and training of Government and Municipal security outfits, and more importantly deterring theft and vandalism at facility.
Since our inception into the ISS enterprise, Yaolad Security Services Limited has provided security services for different types of clients in many industries with vastly different requirements. Through our years of experience, we have developed processes and procedures, promoting an environment that improves the quality of service that the most demanding security programs require.
YAOLADEK MARITIME SECURITY LIMITED is a private owned company established by a group of retired military and paramilitary officers who have distinguished themselves in their individual chosen career and have acquired training in maritime and industrial security enterprise both here and abroad. Maritime security is a specialized field in the marine sector, and security officers must employ best practices to secure and protect vessels against both internal and external threats. These threats come in various forms, and each requires a different strategy for a proper defense, therefore making maintenance of adequate security a constant priority. In this regard, YAOLADEX Maritime Security Limited leverages the capacity and capability of these experienced personnel to render quality maritime security services

Yaolad Security Services Limited is so diversified to cover very wide range of security services needs. Yaolad Security Services Limited was formed by a team of retired officers from the military, State Security Services, Customs & Nigerian Intelligence Agency in conjunction with industry security experts who have distinguished themselves in the field of security services. Consequently, the type of security services we provide are not only unique but also novel leveraging; science, engineering & technology and intelligence driven. In view of the above background, our aim(s) is/are to carry out the under listed services:

- Deployment of well- trained physical security guards to secure both staff and material resources of companies and organizations.
- To provide electronic secured communication systems with secret codes recording systems if need be and anti-bugging system.
- To provide training in general consultancy, security advice, investigation and surveillance services for our clients.

- To analyze these problems on a continuous basis and devices strategies and tactics for containment/prevention.
- To tackle the pervasive security problem associated with industrial growth and technological advancement in general.

- Organization of security seminar and in-house security awareness training to enhance security consciousness of our clients and Liaison with other established statutory security agencies and other commercial security organizations to enhance corporate security in the country.
Board of Executives and Directors
Brig Gen Timothy Olowomeye (Rtd) is the Managing Director, YAOLAD Security Services Ltd & YAOLADEK Maritime Security Ltd. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Geography, Master's degree in International Affairs, Master's degree in Strategic Studies and Master's degree in Strategic Management and Policy Studies, and he is a fellow of National Defence College (fdc) and Institute of Industrial and Corporate Administration. Brig Gen Olowomeye rendered meritorious service of 35 years to the Armed Forces of Nigeria (AFN) and had held several Command and Staff Appointments, both within and outside the Country. He served in the Nigerian Army Corps of Artillery and had participated in several multinational security enterprise engagements, that specialised in training State Security Agents, Personnel and Operatives. Brig Gen Olowomeye's vast knowledge in Security issues, coupled with his experiences are assets to the organisation in the entered of training, retraining of security operatives in industrial security environments. Also, his vast knowledge in military/security ordnances, avails the organisation the capacities and capabilities in the supply, installation and maintenance of defence/security harwares to our clients, in the most technology-driven manner.
Brig Gen Ibukun Olu Adewa (Rtd) is a Director, YAOLAD Security Services Ltd & YAOLADEK Maritime Security Ltd. He holds a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Master's degree in Strategic Studies. He is a fellow of the prestigious National Defence College (fdc). Brig Gen Adewa rendered meritorious service of 35 years to the Armed Forces of Nigeria (AFN) and had held several Command and Staff Appointments, both within and outside the Country. He served in the Nigerian Army Engineers Corps and had participated in several multinational security enterprise engagements, especially in the areas of security policy formulation and implementation at national, Regional and Continental levels. Brig Gen Adewa's expansive knowledge in security issues, coupled with his experience, are great assets to this organisation in training and capacity building in industrial security/maritime environments. Also, his vast knowledge in military engineers' ordnances and stores gives our organisation a great deal of leverage in both shore and off-shore threats' identification, mitigation and neutralisation services to our clients.
Deputy Comptroller of Customs (DCC) Yahaya Oladiran Idris (Rtd) a trained Antiterrorism officer by American department of State, is a Director in YAOLAD Security Services Ltd & YAOLADEK Maritime Security Ltd. He holds a Bachelor degree in History and International Relations, Master's degree in International Relations & Strategy Studies. Mr Idris spent his entire service career in the Ports and Maritime Security environments. In the course of his career services to the Nation, Mr Idris acquired skills and capacities in Ports and Maritime Security enterprises. Consequently, he has held several appointments, amongst them are; Customs Port State Facility Security Control Officer (PSSO), Staff Officer, ECOWAS Trade Liberalisation Scheme (ETLS), First Director of discipline, Port Facility Security Officers' Forum, Vice Chairman, Apapa Port Joint Security Committee, OC Enforcement (Apapa Command). As the Asst Comptroller Enforcement (2017) he Superintendent the implementation of Presidential Executive Orders (EOs) on Ease of Doing Business. In this wise, Mr Idris has received so many awards and letters of commendation, amongst them are; Letter of Excellence Enforcement by the USA Embassy, Letter of Commendation by the Nigeria Port Authority (NPA). Plague for Seizure of Ammunition in Seme Command. Mr Idris' valuable skills, knowledge in Ports/Maritime Security Management are assets to our organizations in; training, equipment supply, installations and maintenance to our Security Services provision.
Col Kingsley Bolorunduro (Rtd) is a Director, YAOLAD Security Services Ltd and YAOLADEK Maritime Security Ltd. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, (specialising in Communications-space and terrestrial), Master's degree in Defence and Security Studies and Master's in Data Science. He is a member of International Institute of Professional Security (MIIPS), member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM), member of Nigeria Computer Society (MNCS), member of Society of Peace Studies and Practice (MSPSP), a fellow of National Defence College (fdc). Col Bolorunduro rendered meritorious service of 35 years to the Armed Forces of Nigeria (AFN) and held several Commands and Staff Appointments, both within and outside the Country. He served in the Nigerian Army Signals and had participated in several multinational strategic partnership in providing technological capabilities in external and domestic security assessments. Col Bolorunduro vast knowledge in the areas of Communications, security and surveillance security systems are assets to this organisations, especially their applications in industrial security security environment. He is equally an asset in the organisations' capacities and capabilities in supply, installation and maintenance of both Communications and surveillance security systems to our clients, and also valuable in all our training enterprises.
Mr Awoluyi Anthony Ayodele is the Deputy Director (Operations), YAOLAD Security Services Ltd and YAOLADEK Maritime Security Ltd. Mr Awoluyi had his early education in Isan Ekiti, Ekiti State. He joined the Nigerian Security Organization (NSO), which was later broken into; State Security Services, (SSS), Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) & Nigerian Intelligence Agency (NIA). Upon this break-up, Mr Awoluyi was drafted into the SSS or Department of State Security (DSS) as Detective Operative, where he worked until his retirement. While in the SSS, Mr Awoluyi acquired versatlie knowledge in Security Operatives equipment, especially the hardwares and Intelligence gathering, dissemination, which are great assets to the Organization especially in our training curriculum, modus preparations and delivery.
